1. Use of QuizLab
QuizLab turns PDF documents into interactive quizzes and personalized study plans, and evaluates descriptive written answers using AI. You may use the service for personal studying, teaching, exam practice, and other lawful purposes. Commercial resale of generated quizzes, study plans, evaluations, or model answers is not allowed without permission.
2. What you upload
You retain ownership of PDFs, syllabus text, questions, and written answers you submit. By submitting content, you give us permission to process it so we can generate quizzes, study plans, fact-checks, answer evaluations, feedback, and model answers. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit.
3. AI-generated content
Quizzes, answers, explanations, study schedules, fact-checks, marks, grades, deductions, improvement suggestions, and model answers are generated by AI and may contain errors. Descriptive evaluations use the marking weights you select, but they are practice feedback rather than official examination results. Always verify important facts, deadlines, and marking guidance against your course materials or examiner rubric. We do not guarantee that every question, schedule, score, or evaluation is correct.
4. Account & data
Currently, quiz sessions, generated study plans, and descriptive answer-check results are kept in your browser during the active session. Downloaded study-plan PDFs live on your device. Submitted content is processed to provide the requested AI result. We do not permanently save your PDFs, quiz results, study plans, questions, or written answers unless you explicitly use a future save feature.
5. Fair use
Do not abuse the service through automation, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits. We may suspend access for behavior that harms the platform or other users.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of QuizLab after changes means you accept the updated terms.
